Return Policy
Sometimes a t-shirt, hat, or sweatshirt doesn’t fit right or it might not be the color you thought. No problem. We gladly accept returns and want to make sure you find the right Camp Woodward product.
Returns will be accepted within 14-days of shipping. Returns must be accompanied with the packing slip and be in the same condition as when you received it from us.
Once it is received we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned items for you to use on Woodward's web store and place a new order. No cash refunds.
We highly encourage exchanging so you can still experience awesome Camp Woodward products! Upon returning, please note specifically what you would like in place of the returned item. Please also provide a phone number and email. If there is a price differential, the additional fees will be applied to your credit card. No cash refunds.

Backorders:
It is in our best interest to get you the products you want. Sometimes backorders DO HAPPEN based on an influx of orders at the same time. We are known for quick turnaround and fast service, therefore we will get the product you ordered sent out ASAP. Our customer service may also send you and email notifying you and ask if you are willing to wait a few more days or would like another product.
